Fox Development Team/ Alumni Relations Student worker
In my role managing alumni relations, I am responsible for maintaining and strengthening connections with former members. I regularly prepare detailed contact reports, tracking interactions and engagement with alumni. I also create impact reports that highlight the contributions and involvement of alumni in various initiatives. Additionally, I ensure that alumni records are up to date by managing and updating their personal and professional information in our databases. This allows for effective communication, event invitations, and long-term relationship-building efforts with our alumni network.
