I collaborate closely with the President to divide tasks such as sending invitations to firms for major networking events like Evening with Recruiters and Leadership Development Networking Night. Additionally, I brainstorm new ideas for engaging meetings and suggest firms that align with our members\u2019 interests. I maintain regular communication with the President to ensure transparency in planning and help coordinate the logistics for our events.<\/p>\n<p>I am responsible for planning at least one signature event each spring semester, such as a Dining Etiquette workshop, where students can develop professional skills. A key part of my role is networking with members at meetings and social events to understand their needs and expectations. I also handle submitting allocation forms to the College Council, ensuring that our organization receives funding for events and community service through a point system.<\/p>\n<p>Through this role, I\u2019ve learned how to balance leadership with teamwork, the importance of detailed event planning, and the value of transparent communication in managing a student organization.
