The webinar I attended was call Turning Social Distance into an Opportunity to Create a Social Closeness. The presenter was Bessie Pescio from Philip Morris International. It was on November 11, 2021 on Zoom. I learned more about Philip Morris International, on how they dealt with the Covid-19 pandemic. The challenges they experience and how created a work environment that was different due to the pandemic. This webinar relates to my Leadership and Organizational Management class because in my class we learn how to be a leader and a manager. Through a company and a leader who is working at a company with challenges due to Covid-19, it is helpful to get insight on how to deal with it and still being a leader.
