Every month a group of six professionals get together for a round table discussion. The goal of these discussions is to help each other grow in both our professional and personal lives. I am one end of the spectrum, a young college student who is eager to get started in life and experience the real world. At the other end is Ben Zabala, he is the manager of a hotel in Trenton, New Jersey. Ben is the driving force of our meetings and it makes sense because he has the most to offer. He holds everyone accountable and asks the hard questions. The first half of our meetings is a discussion led by whoever is next up to host. The second half is spent with each of us sharing a problem, thought or challenge that we faced in the last month and what may be coming in the future.
