During time at Temple University, I have gained experience in Customer Service and Information Technology.
This last summer, I worked as an intern at GlaxoSmithKline contracted by ZeroChaos. During my internship, I worked with the Master Data Management team in various assignments related to data management. My duties included;
- Working with outsourced resources on updating their monthly performance reports in order to align their objectives and priorities with GSK’s.
- Assisting management in writing and editing documents such as project charters to get quarterly release projects approved by business unit owners.
- Assigning and tracking work performed by outsourced resources and generated metrics for upper management
