- I was responding to client requests, collaborating with team members and setting goals, and enhancing service delivery.
- I had two different clients throughout the internship and did various different work for my team such as understanding their IT processes, taking notes during meetings, updating IT forms etc..
- I have learned how different clients use technology and how as a tech risk consultant it’s our job to stop the risk they may face. During this internship, I learned a lot of the terminology I’ve seen throughout my MIS classes.
