Building a winning career, from sports field to career field
This event was held online by Handshake on March 28. As someone with an interest in the sports industry, I learned a lot about what I can do to build a career that combines my MIS skills with my love of sports. In addition, I learned how I can showcase the skills I have learned from being a student athlete on the club softball team to an employer. This event was very informative and I enjoyed hearing from the panelists about how they got into working in the sports industry and what the process is like getting hired in the sports industry.
