INTERNSHIPS

CMA provides opportunities for continuing education through internships in many different concentrations. CMA’s philosophy is more about learning-by-doing and not just by observation. Working with CMA will provide valuable insights into the operations of CMA, as well as provide an opportunity to participate in activities within the entertainment industry.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

CMA Music Festival is an enormous four-day event in Downtown Nashville each June that requires the dedication of hundreds of volunteers who tirelessly give their time and energy. Volunteers for the event are seen as ambassadors, people who will represent the best this city has to offer with hospitality and a spirit of community that is known around the world.

You must be at least 18 years old, in good physical health and able to work a minimum of two days during the four-day Festival. Many of the jobs require standing for long periods of time, extensive walking, light lifting and outside duties in the summer heat (and other potential weather conditions). Some jobs include manning information booths, handing out product samples and crowd control. Some posts require a valid Tennessee driver’s license.
