Team Role: Melissa researched the pet grooming/pet supply industry to help the team get a better understanding of current/future trends and competitors. In addition, she also helped Courtney come up with survey questions and created the survey that was sent to students. One of her primary responsibilities is maintaining the work breakdown structure and keeping it up-to-date.
