IT/Marketing Intern

During my internship with CarterJMRN K.K., a Japan-based market research and consulting firm I worked as an IT/Marketing Intern on a project titled “Digital Brand Optimization and Engagemment Enhancement. The projects end goal was aimed to elevate CarterJMRN’s digital presence through various strategies focusing on website improvements on WordPress, social media engagement, and CRM optimization using HubSpot. My role involved hands-on implementation and strategy support. Beginning with an audit of the company’s website, where I contributed to enhancing its SEO structure, improving load times, and updating content for better UX and search engine visibility. In addition, I collaborated with the marketing team to refine the company’s HubSpot CRM workflows. This included setting up automated email campaigns and tracking lead nurturing processes to better engage prospective clients across borders. One of the most valuable aspects of the internship was learning to adapt marketing strategies in real time, based on data analytics and performance metrics. I also gained insights into how digital marketing and CRM tools are used in global business environments and how brand consistency is maintained across cultures.
