As an Information Technology Assistant (ITA) for MIS 2101, I provided comprehensive technical and instructional support to ensure a seamless learning environment for over 60 students. My role involved delivering immediate, in-class assistance by resolving hardware and software issues during lectures, which facilitated the uninterrupted delivery of course materials. Beyond the classroom, I meticulously refined instructional content to ensure all MIS 2101 materials remained current and accessible. Additionally, I managed dedicated office hours to offer personalized, one-on-one support, helping students navigate and master complex technical concepts.
