Interests & Extra Curricular Activities
Active Lifestyle:
One of my favorite pastimes is weightlifting. I fell in love with this my junior year of high school, because of football. In addition, not only is it one of my favorite things to do, it allows me to release stress. When I am at the gym, I feel at home and at ease, everything just fades out and I have nothing to worry about besides what weights I’m going to use and which workouts I’m going to do next. Once the headphones are in, it’s time to get serious.
Another one of my favorite hobbies to partake in is basketball. Growing up, basketball was my first sport I ever played and ever since I always try and find time to play if I am not in the gym lifting.
One hobby I recently picked up (Summer 2016) was golf. I started because one of my best friends got into it and I have absolutely fallen in love with this sport. I try to play frequently and whenever I have free time!
Sport Teams:
Football, “America’s Sport,” is one of my favorite events to watch. During football season, Sunday’s are my favorite, the day to catch up on all my homework and watch the one sport I love the most! Being born and raised in Philadelphia, my favorite team is obviously going to be the Philadelphia Eagles, bleed green!
