Student Representative – Fox School of Business Grievance Committee
As a Student Representative on the Fox School of Business Grievance Committee, I, along with a committee of five members, evaluate student grievance complaints, review and gather evidence, and engage in thoughtful discussions to determine the appropriate and fair solution. I contribute to drafting and formulating formal decision documentation that reflects our findings and decisions. Ultimately, this experience strengthens my ability to handle confidential and complex decisions, pay attention to detail, exercise sound judgement, and communicate effectively with the committee. I have been able to use my coursework learned in BA 1103, as well as BA 2196, to effectively communicate ethical and challenging decisions and collaborate effectively.
