IBIT Mentorship Program
This mentorship was an amazing opportunity sponsored by the Institute for Business and Information Technology, which connected students with experienced IT leaders in fields that interested them. As a mentee, I was paired with two mentors, where I had regular meetings to discuss my career goals, professional development opportunities, and gained insights on industry knowledge. This program not only expanded my professional network, but also improved my communication skills interpersonally and professionally.
