Information Technology Assisstant
As an Information Technology Assistant, I assisted professors and peer teachers in delivering and teaching coursework to over 240 students for the course Digital Systems (MIS 2101). I organized office hour times with students to make sure they understood course content, created Python-based coding challenges, revised exam content, and even aided in changing how future exams are proctored. In doing so, I not only strengthened my foundational knowledge of information systems, but also challenged myself in how I teach this content. In Fall 2025, I will take the skills and knowledge I have learned in this position and use it to be a Diamond Peer Teacher, where I hope to get more hands-on experience in teaching course content.
