Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
I’ve just completed Jessie Withers’ course on “Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).” This beginner to intermediate level course, sponsored by an online learning platform, provided a thorough understanding of OKRs—a popular management methodology for goal setting. Throughout the course, I gained insights into strategic goal setting, designing impactful OKRs, and implementing them effectively across organizations. I also learned valuable techniques for managing OKRs, measuring success, and fostering a culture of accountability. This learning experience has equipped me with practical skills to enhance collaboration, clarify priorities, and drive results within teams and organizations.
