Computer and Text Neck Stretching Exercises
In this course, I learned about many stretches that can be useful for my neck and back. There was also a lot of wrist movements that I can do to help my wrists from straining. The stretches help with posture and can relieve stress. This is very important for me as I move along in my career because I will be sitting at a desk a lot to code and program. I will be sitting for long hours and doing these yoga exercises will allow me to relax and keep my wrists, neck, and back from being in immense pain. This will ultimately lead to better productivity at work.
