Experience

Through my time as a Front Desk Intern at the Community College of Philadelphia, I regularly assisted the administrator with managing and distributing information in the office and school.  I’m also responsible for forwarding requests, and resolving issues for students using procedures created by the department.  Moreover, I provided technical support to new students to resolve technology issues.  This position has improved my communication skill, managing information, and controlling documentation for various tasks.  I look forward to learning new skills and as well as continue improving my current skills.
