Business Analytics Intern
This internship at Exelon is tailored towards business analytics within the electric energy industry. In this role, I leveraged data analytics tools and methodologies such as SPSS and Confuence to interpret complex datasets, identifying trends to optimize energy efficiency and distribution. My responsibilities were to work closely with the business analytics team to predict market movements and analyze customer usage to improve service delivery.
Exelon being the main electric energy distributor for the DMV area, provided me with an unmatched opportunity to work with complex datasets and how they can influence business decisions. This internship aligned with my academic background and passion for using data to solve real-world issues. I was able to deepen my knowledge of the energy sector’s challenges and opportunities while also developing technical skills in data analysis, project management, and strategic planning.
