In my recent role at MSS as a Pure Install Intern, I was involved in managing the operational aspects of order fulfillment. My responsibilities aimed at improving efficiency and client satisfaction. I was entrusted with prioritizing orders and choosing approved service providers for clients that met MSS criteria for quality and reliability. Through this internship, I learned skills such as operational management, communication, and client-centric focus to achieve operational excellence.
