Social Media Digital Assistant

As a Social Media Digital Assistant for Mita Associates I was asked to accomplish a multitude of projects like creating a website, database, and manage the social media side of the company. I worked on and created consulting website that allowed clients to reach our representatives and schedule meeting times. I was able to draw back from my User Experience Design course as well as my Lead Global Digital Projects course where I also designed a website for a client who owned a convenience store and a website for a client who was creating a dog daycare. I was also tasked with creating a database using salesforce so Mita Associate’s representatives are able to manage and keep track of all their meetings, deals, and projects they have to manage. While working on those two projects the company asked me to manage their social media platforms and increase their social media interactions and presence, as well as manage their representatives social media platforms. The biggest takeaways I took from this experience is the ever changing scheduling and order placement these representatives face and the challenge of managing all of their deals while meeting a deadline to develop this website.
