Thinkful Webinar | Intro to Data Analytics: SQL Fundamentals
SQL (Structured Query Language) is the most ubiquitous language for data scientists and data analysts. Companies store their data in a database, and SQL is a common database query language that helps you to build your database, retrieve the data, and work with that data in a structured manner.
In this course, you’ll learn to extract and analyze data stored in databases. You’ll first learn to extract data and work with simple queries to pull specific data you need for your analysis. Join us for a fun interactive workshop that will get you on your way to using SQL.

The supply and demand mismatch for skilled software developers has provided a new opportunity for skills-based education programs. Come learn how these innovative schools have grown to fill a talent need – and are now helping reskill people into technology careers.
Tech Elevator is a leading 14-week bootcamp and career prep program, teaching people with a variety of backgrounds to become software developers and land fulfilling careers in tech. We are excited to be launching a program in Philadelphia in January 2020! With existing campuses in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Detroit, Columbus and Cincinnati, Tech Elevator looks to bring its proven and nationally-ranked program to help elevate people, companies and the greater Philadelphia community. Our conference gives you a chance to hear multiple speakers from Philly who are focused on issues of digital inclusion and equity in their programs. Our keynote speaker is Angela Siefer, the Executive Director of the National Digital Inclusion Alliance.
