It is an essential methodology that provides valuable insight into understanding the customers we serve. This presentation will share ideas and tips for how to conduct contextual inquiry research in the age of quarantine, including collaboration tools, remote-conferencing opportunities, and ways to involve other researchers, designers, and product owners in the research process.
