Do any (or all) of these four activities, in any combination:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Read a book for fun (not part of a course).<\/li>\n<li>Go outside and take a walk.<\/li>\n<li>Take up a hobby.<\/li>\n<li>Get some exercise or physical activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To request PRO points you will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Title of the activity<\/li>\n<li>Brief description of the activity<\/li>\n<li>Term in which the activity was completed.<\/li>\n<li>Selfie of you doing the activity (i.e., you holding the book, going for a walk).
