How to Find and Use Your Strengths

This course is hosted by Pete Mockaitis, interviewing psychologist Lea Waters, sharing some useful method of how to spot our strength and how can it help us to be more successful in our workplace. They also share some method to deal with anxiety, for example go for a walk and take off your shoe and step on the grass for around 5 min, connect with the nature. The reason why I think this is necessary for me to spend time watching is because I need to know my strength before I can market myself to the companies. I also get nervous easily, so knowing how to calm myself down, can really helps me.
