My team did a lot of research on how the business makes profits during BTC season. We analysis the current business model of Target, their opportunity and threaten, to seeking an innovative strategy for Target. Besides, we also compare their competitor\\\\\\\’s strategy, such as Amazon, for giving the best strategy. What I learned from this competition is more familiar with analyzing a corporation and learned about how the real business model work.
As an MIS major student, I intend to become a business analyst in the future. I have a better understanding of working with a real company in the real world after this activity. I also apply the business analysis techniques to learn from course MIS3506 during the Target Case Competition.
