Beanie Bounce Party Rentals: I personally delivered to several locations throughout the day as well as handle assembly, customer service, and dealing with customer transactions. Working for a fast pace company, I came to understand the effects that customer service has on an organization. When delivering the inflatable rentals to customers, I would ensure completion of the liability forms and handle the transaction.

Sussex Square Apartments: I supervised an apartment complex pool with up to 20 patrons in the pool at a time. Working as a lifeguard I came to understand how to be communicative and to enforce rules and regulations. Also was responsible for maintaining the pool by documenting the chlorine and pH of the water hourly.

Markle Deli and Groceries: As General Manager, I oversaw a small business with 100 or more daily customers–in my time, I conducted inventory, handled consumer complaints, and streamlined business processes by switching from written transaction records to an excel program.
