Trouble-shoot and help students to understand the technology they are working with. Students constantly reach out with issues they are having with assignments and other problems. It is my job to pinpoint the exact issue and make sure it is resolved so the student is keeping up with the class throughout the semester.

I learned a lot about trouble-shooting while being an ITA for Information Systems in Organizations. I was constantly trying to solve problems without fully understanding why the student was having the issue. In terms of specific courses, I think this class helped immensely in MIS 3101 because I was able to pinpoint why my code was not working, which helped me to resolve the issue.
