Project Management Simplified
This training helped me as I hope to work in project management someday. It is helpful to learn about the 12 step process which includes defining your project, planning, and taking action. We also learned about the Iron Triangle of Project Management that consists of quality, cost and time. I believe this LinkedinLearning will help me in my career as I now know how to communicate within a team, be more productive, and be able to plan. I can track my progress and understand the importance of risks and durations. It is also important to understand safety margins and contingencies for a project.
