Application Analyst
- Managing incoming support requests from any one of the companies under the AmerCareRoyal umbrella.
- Writing SQL and DB2 queries to help pull data from various business groups upon request.
- Managing our KBA’s/ building out extensive Knowledge Based articles focusing on the technical side of all business applications and documenting common affective troubleshooting steps.
- Running our month end financial close by queuing an automated job that will close the previous month for our finance division.
- Be a subject matter expert for our AP automation tool and works with business users when there is an issue with the integration and API and helps identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis of the issue and recommend fixes for future deployments.
- Participate in a full data migration moving one of our sister companies off of SAP and into our AS400 ERP system.
