OSHA certification/Human Resources/safety coordinator at T.B. Woods: I was responsible for ensuring standards of safety and OSHA approved measures were met in a factory that produced Mechanical parts and equipment. I worked together with the Human Resources manager to adequately inform the employees of safety requirements, plan educational meetings and track progress of implemented measures.
Customer Service Representative/Kohl’s Department Store: In this position I aided customers in processing returns, resolving transnational errors and fulfilling online orders in-store. This also involved tracking inventory, labeling sale items and merchandising displays.
