Global Development Delivery Unit Intern
The 2024 Global Development Delivery Unit Summer Intern Program encompassed several functions that focus on the delivery of patient-centric solutions across drug-development processes, such as API development, drug delivery, clinical trial management within various therapeutic areas, and delivery unit operations in an effective and efficient manner, supporting process improvements, risk management, and critical path activities. J&J offer’s a fast-paced, cross-functional, technologically advanced environment with passion about developing individual projects and partnership management skills through early talent engagement. As a Global Development intern, I had the opportunity to learn about compound development, therapeutic areas, disease states, and portfolio management. As well as working on our summer-long intern project, which was how blockchain technology can make clinical trials more efficient. Focusing on a patient registry on the blockchain tied in with decentralized clinical trials. Ultimately, living up to J&J’s mission every day to advance our portfolio by implementing team strategies, optimizing resourcing, creating robust plans, and cultivating partnerships to deliver better & faster medicines to our patients.
