About Me
Hello! My name is Rannia Alcindor. Originally from Elmont, NY of West Indian descent. I am first generation Haitian American. I was raised to never settle for less than you deserve; and to remember: with dedication and hard work anything is possible. I am currently an undergrad at Temple University’s Fox School of Business en-route of my BBA in International Business with a concentration. I am in my junior year. I currently work for Zipcar, a leading car sharing company, as a member services associate; and an Aramark employee at the Cadillac Grille located at the Wells Fargo Center. When I’m not working or studying, I’m usually spending time with family and friends, roaming the city (Philadelphia or New York mostly), attending concerts/sporting events/festivals, practicing my mixing, catching up on the latest news, or experimenting in the kitchen. I love learning new things and adapt well to change. I’m also a firm believer in giving back and always make time to help others less fortunate or who may just need a helping hand. I am in the preliminary stages of starting a Food Recovery Network chapter at Temple University and always looking for new members! If interested please contact me.
