Academic Background

Olney Charter High School

I attended Olney Charter High School from where I graduated in 2012. My high school was unusual in the fact that its size was extremely big for a charter school. In high school, I was a highly active student, who was involved in many extra-curricular activities including Volleyball team, multiple community service organizations such as City Year, and the Dance club. Additionally, I held leadership positions including captain of the volleyball team, member of the National Honor Society, and the treasure of many after school tutoring programs. I completed high school as the valedictorian of the class of 2012 with a GPA of 3.94.

Temple University

In the fall of 2012, I became a student of the fox school of Business at Temple University. I’m currently a Human Resource Management major and an Management Information Systems minor within the Fox School of business at Temple University. The university offers all of its students with many opportunities to grow personally and academically while being exposed to the many resources that the university offers to create future leaders in the real world. With its many student organizations, students get involve to try to make a significant impact on the community and the school itself. For that reason and many others, I am so glad to have the opportunity to be an active member in the university while taking courses to complete my degree. I current hold the position of an IT Director for the Society for Human Resource Management and the Advertising Chair for Esencia Latina Dance Organization, while taking courses towards completing my degree. After completing my undergraduate studies, I would like to obtain an entry level position, while pursuing a master’s degree in Adult and Organization Development.
