Choosing the Correct Industry
This is a major factor I will always be considering in my career search after graduation. Finding the correct industry that respect my values and that that feel proud of any major contribution I input to the industry. Some industries that offer jobs that interest me are department stores or sports industry. I think that choosing the correct industry helps the employee be more motivate and more connected to the company and the work that he/she is doing on the industry.
Room for Improvement
Finding the correct business that will allow me to learn from my mistakes and that will give the opportunity for growth. Either direction I take after graduation, I will make sure to obtain the opportunity to always have room for improvement and for growth. I believe this is a major factor to have a high level of determination and fulfillment in the daily tasks that will definitely provide enthusiasm in the working environment.
Finding a Culture that Fits my Personality
Since becoming a college student, I have learn the importance of culture. Through my internship, job experience, and volunteer service I’ve learned that culture is more important than anything else including money. Throughout time, I came to the conclusion that I have a very outgoing personally. I love getting to know the people I work with and I also enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. With that being said, my major priority when searching for jobs is to learn more about the company’s culture and see how my personality will influence the culture of the company.
