- I learned how SalesForce works outside student learning purposes. It is a great tool that any firm from small, medium to a large can utilize and make sure how all the customer’s data is securely managed and all the updates made by a manager’s side are utilized by the next person such as a sales representative. It is also used to maintain customer loyalty in terms of following up with them from time to time basis to ensure they make all their purchases with you. It greatly helps when there are comments made on a customer profile to pick up the conversation right where it was left in the past. I was also trained in CRM and am still learning how to master it.
