Product Management: Building a Product Strategy
As a student interested in the product management field, this learning gave me insight on what the tasks may entail. Teg Grenager and Eldad Persky go through many aspects that need consideration during this role. Like determining your target market, how to offer product differentiation, creating a strategy and support for it, and why strategy is important. Overall I learned a range of information but I really got to understand why strategy is important for a brand and how it can be implemented to ensure success.
