Booker Agent
Foster Fine Art Portraits is a local photography studio based in Wheeling, WV, my role as a booker agent was in the remote booking department. My job responsibilities included prospecting, pinpointing potential customers, managing appointments, and refining the selling process. One specific and critical project that greatly strengthened my experience was creating and refining the scripts for different photography sessions. This was a critical responsibility because these scripts will be used for future employees and become integral to their standard operating procedure. This role relates to my major because I had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and business development skills and learn new technology platforms such as CRM systems, these skills will greatly benefit me in future opportunities within the MIS field.
