IT Intern

  • As an IT Intern I worked alongside the Access Management team. I managed ServiceNow tickets put in by clients within four different companies that TMNA does services for. Tickets involved me running reports on IAM as well as granting and terminating access to applications such as AQS, GBL/Path, RapidSure and others. Projects such as extending contractors employment dates were assigned to me where I had to use Power Shell to run scripts for these users. Almost 90% of my work was done using Active Directory which I have gotten to use in MIS3406. In AD I managed user accounts by doing everything from creating, altering and deactivating the information.
