MIS 3406 – Enterprise Architecture: This course expanded my skill set by having me create my own virtual machines. Applications such as Microsoft Azure and Node.js were heavily worked with as well in this class. The programming experience provided to me from this class enables me to solve technical issues more efficiently in the workforce.
MIS 2502 – Data Analytics: In this course I was taught valuable skills such as creating ERD models and identifying system requirements for a company. Throughout my semester taking the class, SQL was an application I got familiar with and practiced using. Being able to visualize a system and create a model for it based off of the needs verbalized to me will be important when implementing core systems for an employer.
