This event was hosted by Temple University Libraries and led by Alex Wermer-Colan. The platform ProQuest TDM Studio was used to show how to extract and analyze large amounts of data using artificial intelligence. I was able to use Jupyter notebooks and performed different types of tasks in order to understand how to best interpret and organize data to make it easier to use. The webinar also emphasized that AI can have its limitations, but taught us how to optimize AI and become more efficient by learning how to use it effectively. This event was important because it helped me gain a new skill and become more knowledgeable as I work toward becoming a data analyst.
