Sales Associate
I’m currently working as a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters in Center City, Philadelphia. I started in November and continue to grow with the company. Urban Outfitters is a retail store focused on current fashion trends and lifestyle products. In my role, I work as a cashier, assist with inventory, and contribute to the visual display team. I’ve also helped with seasonal floor sets and in-store promotions, making sure everything stays organized and aligned with the brand’s image.This job has helped develop my communication and customer service skills, and it’s given me real insight into retail operations, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies. Its helped me understand how consumers behave and what kind of data is relevant which is related to data analytics and my minor in digital marketing which go hand in hand.
