I started in November and continue to grow with the company. Urban Outfitters is a retail store focused on current fashion trends and lifestyle products. In my role, I work as a cashier, assist with inventory, and contribute to the visual display team. I\u2019ve also helped with seasonal floor sets and in-store promotions, making sure everything stays organized and aligned with the brand\u2019s image.This job has helped develop  my communication and customer service skills, and it\u2019s given me real insight into retail operations, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
