Junior Business Analyst at Temple University Continuing Education Systems
Working as a Junior BA has helped me not only in my coursework but also prepared me to tackle any future internship or job with confidence. I work with internal clients and wear several different hats including BA, SA, PM, QA, etc. in order to help my clients use technology successfully. I have worked on solo projects as well as months-long team projects and been able to experience so many different types of challenges related to technology and interpersonal communication.
Since my goal is to be a technology consultant, this internship has helped me immensely in gaining the skills to do that. Acting as an internal consultant for the different departments at Temple exposed me to different subject areas and types of people, which is great practice for the future when I could be dealing with a new industry every week!
