Sales Associate, Flex – Soho
During my time at Bloomingdale’s SoHo, I gained valuable experience providing personalized customer service, recommending products, and building strong client relationships while contributing to department sales goals. One of my most valuable takeaways was developing hands-on experience with POS and retail technology systems to perform product lookups, verify inventory, process transactions, and efficiently address customer needs. This experience strengthened my understanding of how technology and data support business operations, directly connecting to my major (MIS) and coursework. This experience increased my interest in using technology to improve customer experiences, manage/store information and business decision-making.
