One of my most valuable takeaways was developing hands-on experience with POS and retail technology systems to perform product lookups, verify inventory, process transactions, and efficiently address customer needs. This experience strengthened my understanding of how technology and data support business operations, directly connecting to my major (MIS) and coursework.
