This meeting focused on networking. It included strategies on how to network, establish a line of communication, and the dos and don’ts of networking. Attending this event taught me that every opportunity is a chance to network, and when you network, everyone brings something to the table. Since everyone knows different things, a conversation can add a new perspective without realizing it. I enjoyed how this took networking and the associated pressures and simplified it into a conversation that I always have with people I meet.
