Design Thinking: How to Use Creative Problem-Solving for Better Design
Throughout this course I learned the importance of design thinking and its overall goal of using design skills and thought processes to solve problems. The course taught me to actually analyze the problem and come at it from a rational point of view and upon finding a possible solution, test it and refine it in order to make it the most successful. I personally feel as though design thinking is more catered to the visual learners as arguably, the most important concept of design thinking is to see what is going on and using logic, reasoning, and your own knowledge and combine them in order to get your desired results. Overall, this course taught me to think critically, but also the importance of visual learning as your brain can only take so much information. Sometimes the information is right in front of you, you just need to take a moment and look.
