Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc – Philanthropy
As an active member and leader of the philanthropy committee within Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. at Temple University, a sorority with a national focus on Asian Pacific Islander community empowerment and service, I helped plan and execute community service initiatives and charitable events aligned with our chapter’s philanthropic mission. Working alongside fellow members, I coordinated volunteer efforts, partnered with local nonprofit organizations, and promoted awareness around causes central to our sorority’s values, including cultural identity, women’s empowerment, and social justice. Through this work, I strengthened my ability to collaborate across diverse groups, manage community outreach projects, and connect organizational mission to meaningful action, all of which have deeply informed my commitment to civic responsibility and purpose-driven leadership.
