Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc., – President
As President of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority, Inc. at Temple University, I served as the primary leader and representative of our chapter, overseeing the organization’s strategic direction, operations, and overall well-being. In this role, I facilitated weekly executive board meetings, acted as the liaison between our chapter and national headquarters, and collaborated with university administration to ensure compliance with campus policies. This position required me to balance competing priorities, mediate conflicts, and make decisions that reflected the sorority’s values and mission. Through this experience, I developed strong skills in organizational leadership, team management, and strategic planning, and learned to effectively motivate and empower a diverse group of women toward shared goals.
